Amar Hanspal has over 30 years of experience driving innovation and enterprise transformation at scale. His is a strategic thinker with an operational focus, having built strong teams, and driven design technology innovation during his tenure at Autodesk, where he was Co-CEO and Chief Product Officer. Hanspal started the company’s transition from on-premise to cloud-based products, and from a license-based to subscription.
Most recently, Hanspal was the CEO and Co-Founder of Bright Machines, a manufacturing start-up, automating the final assembly of products through software, AI, and adaptive robotics.
Hanspal is now a mentor, investor and advisor to a range of AEC start-ups which attend NXT DEV and is also working on his own start-up, which is currently in stealth.
