Joining the Qonic team in 2024 as their Head of Industry Strategy, Aaron brings with him 15 years of both architectural and digital leadership, as AHMM’s previous Head of Digital Design. Where, with a passion for leveraging technology to elevate architectural projects, Aaron led a group of technical and strategic specialists within their Digital Design Group, that navigated the challenges design work presented. Beyond delivering projects, Aaron led various industry efforts to push AEC software development forward, including The Future of AEC Software Specification, and engagements with venture capital funds and various start-ups.
We are now seeing the delivery of autodrawing technology in CAD applications. The early capabilities will be useful and focussed on less detailed drawings, but this is just the start of a journey and even the ones commercially available are not really using deep AI.
